Helen D'Arcy is the Director of Lenmae Pty Ltd, an environmental approvals consultancy. Her practice covers statutory approvals, environmental compliance, resource tenement management, land access, and land use. She has over 25 years of experience across mining, energy generation, and carbon capture and storage.

Helen is recognised for leading large, cross-functional teams through complex regulatory frameworks, delivering results-driven outcomes. Before establishing Lenmae, she served as the Project and Approvals Manager for CTSCo's Surat Basin CCS Project, having previously held roles at Glencore, WSP, Arup, EON UK, AECOM, and TMR.
