Mike Nasi is a partner at Jackson Walker LLP, specializing in environmental and energy law for 31 years, focusing on regulatory, electricity market, and project development issues. He is frequently invited as an expert to hearings, policy events, and classrooms nationwide, including briefings at the White House and the United Nations. 

Mike serves on advisory boards or as counsel for the North Dakota EERC Foundation Board, the Wyoming Energy Authority, the Energy Policy Network, the Southern States Energy Board, and the Energy Council Public Advisory Board.
