Thomas Koller is the Hydrogen, Ammonia, and Sustainable Fuels & CCUS Regional Lead at DNV. His expertise covers the energy transition, sustainable fuels, and carbon capture technologies. His background encompasses policy development, regulation, and law, with experience spanning both the public and private sectors.

Thomas designed and directed the 'Gas Goes Green' strategic decarbonisation project for regulated gas networks. He previously worked in the biomethane sector, advising on green gas generation incentives, accreditation, certification, and policy. His current advisory practice bridges regulatory frameworks and commercial strategy for sustainable fuel development.
